Frente Popular Closes Doors
The Frente Popular, the Republic of Baracão's governing political party, today closed its doors to non-members. The decision, taken by the Political Bureau, was to ensure that the privacy of the Frente against the meddling of non-Frentistas.
In recent times, discussion between Frentistas has been interrupted by personae non grata making derogatory statements about the Frente. Whilst the Frente, of course, believes in the right to free speech, as enshrined in the Constitution of the Republic, originally drafted by el Presidente and other Frentistas after the re-establishment of the Baracãoan Republic, ending a period of anarchy in the history of the Islas de la Libertad. However, after much discussion between the Political Bureau and the members of the Frente, a motion was carried and voted on to close the forum.
Whilst all members of the Frente Popular should have access, el Presidente has called upon those who haven't to email him and let him know.
